This workshop will cover recipe-building basics, such as ingredient sourcing, inspiration, and the importance of seasonal cooking. We’ll discuss how to make a simple pasta dish, using only the items that you already have on hand.
The goal is to give you the confidence to cook simple and delicious meals without the structure of a recipe. Learn important tricks about constructing a meal and a recipe, improvising, and drawing inspiration from fresh and seasonal ingredients.
If you find cooking and meal planning to be intimidating or overly time-consuming, this is for you! The only ingredients you will need are dried pasta, salt, parmesan, and either butter or oil. The rest of the dish will be composed of whatever you already have in the fridge and pantry!
