Description

In this strange quarantine moment we’re living through, it’s harder to connect with other people on a deep and personal level. How can you, when you’re confined to your home? Kyla Sokoll-Ward has a way, and she’d love to share it with you.

Kyla is a professional facilitator and loneliness & connection expert who knows how to bring people together to build community. At this event, she’ll lead us through a series of authentic, insightful exercises and games designed to foster fast and meaningful connection. Games will focus on building trust, empathy, playfulness, and self-understanding.

What to expect

Over Zoom, Kyla will facilitate several games designed to build fast and meaningful connection. For each game, Kyla will break us into pairs and / or small groups. You'll leave feeling more connected to others and more in touch with yourself.
